Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you might be wondering

Still have a question? Our team replies within 12 hours, every day.

What fitness level do I need for a guided trek?
Each trip is rated Easy, Moderate, Challenging, or Expert. Most Moderate treks require the ability to hike 5-7 hours a day with a daypack. We share a specific training plan for every booking, and our team is happy to help you pick the right trip for your level.
What's included in the trip price?
All accommodations, meals on trek, certified guide, porters, permits, ground transfers, group safety equipment, and Global Rescue evacuation insurance. International flights and personal gear are not included — we'll send a clear packing list after booking.
Can you customize a trip for my group?
Absolutely. Custom itineraries are one of our specialties. Tell us your dates, group size, fitness level, and what kind of experience you want — we'll send a tailored proposal within 48 hours, no extra planning fee.
How do you handle altitude and safety?
Our itineraries are paced for proper acclimatization, including built-in rest days. Guides carry satellite communicators and oxygen on routes above 4,000m. We share a detailed risk assessment and evacuation plan before every trip.
Do you run school and university programs?
Yes — we've run expeditions for 200+ schools across 12 countries. Programs are curriculum-aligned, fully risk-assessed, led by background-checked guides, and supported by a dedicated coordinator from proposal to debrief.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 60 days before departure. Between 30-60 days, a 30% fee applies. Inside 30 days, the full balance is due — but every booking is protected by travel insurance options we can help you arrange.
